It still blows me away! I
was on a speaking tour "Brighten Up and Smile," sponsored by Procter &
Gamble's Crest Toothpaste when I overheard a conversation that set off a revolution in my mind. Here's what I heard:
"How did you EVER
lose 50 pounds in less than a year!?" one woman asked another.
The smiling woman responded, "It was really simple; I
did three
things every day:

I ate a little
bit less on my plate

I exercised
just a little bit more

Most importantly, I
think what really helped me lose the weight is this: I made sure
I did something fun for myself every day."
Do
